Groove Baby concerts present jazz, world and contemporary improvised music. Designed for parents and carers with babies or toddlers, they have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in which singing, dancing, playing along and crying are all welcome.
A virtuoso tabla player and percussionist, Kuljit Bhamra is a leading creator of Bhangra, in which traditional Indian rhythms are combined with western instruments and modern recording techniques to transform Punjabi music into a new dance-floor sound.
For this Groove Baby concert, he performs together with a special guest.
