To aid postnatal recovery, mums practice positions to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor, release tension in the shoulders, upper back and neck, improve mood, and provide deep relaxation. Babies are actively engaged through movement, fun rhymes and songs, offering fantastic opportunities for bonding between mother and child. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to socialise with other mothers experiencing the ebb and flow of life with a new baby.
