Devoting time to your new baby can leave you feeling drained and sometimes overwhelmed and you will probably find that your energy levels will fluctuate from one day to the next. At times your body may well feel weak and unfamiliar so it is really important that you get enough sleep and eat well. All too often we hear that it is selfish to put ourselves first but it is so important to when we are new mums. By nurturing ourselves we are able to do the same for our babies. Each week we will practise breathing, yoga and relaxation techniques and - Strengthen and tone our abdomen - Realign our spine - Strengthen our pelvic muscles It took nine months to make this baby and it will be around six months before you fully recover. Take time to build up your confidence and enjoy this amazing new stage in your life.
