This is one for mums who are serious about getting in shape. The music is loud and the moves are inspired by cheerleading and boxing with resistance training and shedloads of abs work thrown in. Babies and tots of all ages are welcome, whether they are lying on mats, crawling around or jumping on the sweaty mamas. We all benefit from a good ol’ chinwag! And this is never more true then when we have children. These relaxed groups, led by Naomi Stadlen (bestselling author of What Mothers Do), provide the perfect backdrop for airing your concerns about motherhood and getting – and giving – some much-needed advice. Kids can work off some excess energy getting their funk on at a Diddi Dance class. The 45-minute sessions introduce the little ones to a variety of different dance styles in a structured but relaxed way. Ideally suited to children between 2 and 4 years of age, but younger ones are welcome too! Introduce your baby to chamber music in this series of 45-minute concerts performed by musicians from the Royal Academy of Music. Set up specifically for parents and their under 1’s, there are play mats, changing facilities and plenty of space for buggies. Don’t forget to post a selfie to Facebook so your pals know how civilised you still are!
