The Enchanted Spa

This is one for mums who are serious about getting in shape. The music is loud and the moves are inspired by cheerleading and boxing with resistance training and shedloads of abs work thrown in. Diddi Dance
Kids can work off some excess energy getting their funk on at a Diddi Dance class. The 45-minute sessions introduce the little ones to a variety of different dance styles in a structured but relaxed way. Ideally suited to children between 2 and 4 years of age, but younger ones are welcome too! Gingerbread Music

Yoga Bums and Healthy Tums

If you have resolved to get back into shape this year, then this is the event for you. London Mothers Club is hosting this yoga and healthy eating event for mums and their children. There will be taster yoga sessions for the mums and children’s yoga sessions for the little ones.
